I placed an order for cradled panel for the first time to test out their product line because their prices are really good and they offered free shipping. When I received the panel, there was a damaged area on one side. I took a picture and sent an email about the damage. About 5 minutes later, my phone rang and it was the owner. He assured me that the damage happened during shipping, but he offered to replace it at no cost immediately. I received the replacement promptly.
This response really earned my loyalty and I plan on telling all my other artist friends to order from them. Genuinely really impressed with both the products, the pricing, and the uber-responsive service.
