Fantastic customer service, packaging and product quality. It was well worth the price, which seemed high, but after receiving the product I'm totally satisfied.
I purchased the black floater frame, which is not wood. for that material, the price is very reasonable. It is also easy to install your canvas. The wooden frames are more expensive far more expensive but these frames are neat and clean and really accentuate your artwork giving it a refined finished and professional gallery look. I recommend them highly. The company customer service is above any other. They are responsive and accommodating, attentive, and resourceful.
After having email issues, I believe the error was on my end as Perry did email me back according to his records. He happily agreed to an exchange. Doesn’t get better than direct contact and follow-up. Thank you.
I'm very happy with this frame. It's well constructed and has a nice finish. Hardware and instructions were included. I'd order this again if the need arises.
