Worth the price

Fantastic customer service, packaging and product quality. It was well worth the price, which seemed high, but after receiving the product I'm totally satisfied.

My 20 by 24 walnut floater frame is great, but even more impressive was Sunbelt’s customer service. It turned out that my canvas was about 1/8 inch too big in one corner, and it didn’t fit into the frame. The frame itself was exactly the size it was supposed to be. Once the Sunbelt rep figured out the problem, he had a new frame made to fit my canvas’s dimensions and had it sent to me, all with no extra charge. You can bet that I will use Sunbelt for all future framing.
